Water Today’s WATER EXPO aims to create a perfect business and networking platform for industry professionals and experts working towards a common goal: Profit with Responsibility.

Water Expo 2014:

The 8th Edition of WATER EXPO 2014, inaugurated by His Excellency Dr. Konijeti Rosaiah, the Governor of Tamil Nadu, registered 22% increase in the number of participants compared to 2013. About 328 Exhibitors from India participated in 2014, an increase of 63 exhibitors from the 2013 show. 42% of the exhibitors were from Southern India, 29% from Western India, 20% from the Northern region and 9% from other parts of India. Having earned good returns on their investment in 2013, almost 76% exhibitors returned to participate and exhibit in 2014. India is a promising and growing market, and its booming economy is propelling the water industry to new heights. .

Water Expo 2013:

The 7th edition of WATER EXPO 2013 was inaugurated by Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, Former President of India and a renowned Scientist. The event brought together leading experts to network and hold discussions related to issues and perspectives in the Water and Wastewater Management for the region of South-East Asia. WATER EXPO 2013 saw 28% increase in the number of participants exhibiting at the event. Having earned good returns on their investment in 2012, almost 191 exhibitors returned to participate and exhibit in 2013, making it 79% repeat satisfied exhibitors. There were about 45 international companies from 25 countries around the world. Attendee turnout grew by 30% as nearly 22,730 visitors from all regions of the country and the globe walked the show floor. Moreover, the German Pavilions; Group Participations supported and organised by the German Ministry and AUMA Germany offered their support for the first time in India. India is a promising and growing market, and its booming economy is propelling the water industry to new heights.

Water Expo 2012:

Once again, WATER EXPO 2012 proved to be India’s most happening Exhibition of the Water and Wastewater sector. The event showcased the latest products and technologies from over 280 exhibiting companies, from 21 countries and regions. The EXPO was inaugurated by Mr. Eugen Egetenmeir, Managing Director Messe Munchen International (IFAT) and Mr. B.V. Ramana, Honourable Minister of Tamil Nadu – Environment and Pollution Control. The three-day exhibition attracted 15,300 quality visitors, witnessing a 30% increase in visitors compared to last year’s show.

Water Expo 2011:

The event witnessed major involvement by industry leaders and professionals. The well-organized expo was combined with an international conference – WATMAN 2011 and interactive workshops on Water and Wastewater management. The Expo witnessed a 48% increase in exhibitor’s participation compared to the 2010 edition.


Water Expo 2010:

Held in Mumbai, the show enjoyed the presence of all the major international Water industry brands. The three-day event was a melting pot of lectures, presentations, business activities, deliberations and trend showcasing.

Water Expo 2009:

Held in Chennai, this show paved the way for a stronger, more prosperous and sustainable future for both the industry and the environment. The three-day event was attended by international visitors from Indonesia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

Pollutech Bangladesh 2008:

Pollutech Bangladesh 2008 was an International exhibition on Pollution Control & Environmental Management Technologies organised by CERDI and co-organised by Water Today.

Water Expo 2007:

Held in Mumbai, the event was a huge success, where all the leading Water industry professionals and businesses from all over the globe converged on a common platform to explore fresh opportunities and avenues.

Water Expo 2006:

Held in Chennai, the event witnessed the attendance of 5,500 trade visitor. Among these 63% of visitors were Owners, Directors or Managers, 68% of visitors discovered new products, 72% visitors discovered new suppliers and 38% of visitors placed orders during the show.

Water Expo Sri Lanka 2005:

Water Today was the first Indian company to set a benchmark in Sri Lanka with the “Indo-Lanka Technology Transformation 2006 Expo”, this opened the gates for the national and international Water industry in the Lankan Water market, offering new income avenues to many companies.
